We have multiple versions of the most commonly used gym equipment, so you’re less likely to find yourself waiting to get on a machine. Following our 2023 refurbishment, Bawtry Gym now has:

The weights and resistance machines at Bawtry Gym are organised into upper body and lower body sections so you can easily build your routines. Our upper body weight training machines include:
- Incline chest press (Hammer Strength)
- Seated row/rear delt row (Cybex)
- Shoulder press (with adjustable back rest, by Hammer Strength)
- Assisted pull up and dip machine (Cybex)
- Lat pulldown (Hammer Strength)
- Underhand-grip lat pulldown (Hammer Strength)

- Power rack
We also have a lifting platform, bars, kettlebells and Jordan dumbbells from 2.5kg to 45kg.

All of our members are free to use our on-site changing rooms as much as they like. This includes access to our showers and lockers. Our facilities are cleaned out of hours every night.
